Conclusion of the Two-Day Workshop on Modern Teaching Methods
To enhance the academic capacity of lecturers and provide practical
familiarity with modern teaching methods, a two-day workshop was held by the
Professional Development Center. The workshop covered modern teaching approaches
including OBE, SCL, PBL, and CBL.
On the first day, Mohammad Hanif Muaz, the
Academic Vice Chancellor of Mili University, delivered the opening speech. He
discussed the value of modern teaching methods, their impact on the learning
process, and the vital role of lecturers in improving educational quality.
The workshop was conducted by Lecturer Mohammad
Ebrahim Darwishian, who thoroughly explained the concepts of modern teaching
methods, their practical implementation, and how to apply them in educational
settings. Through group activities, practical examples, and academic
discussions, participants gained valuable hands-on experience in this area.
Throughout
the workshop, participants shared their opinions, suggestions, and practical
experiences, emphasizing the importance of continuing such programs. According
to them, these initiatives not only enhance students’ learning quality but also
play a significant role in strengthening the professional capacity of
lecturers.
