Mili Launches greenery and tree planting campaign across Kabul

Mili Institute of Higher Education launched greenery and tree planting campaign across Kabul, Afghanistan. The aim of the campaign was to help the environment and let the tree to produce oxygen and remove carbon dioxide and contaminants from the air. The Institution has donated hundreds of tress and other natural flowers to the environment of Kabul which suffers from severe contaminated air. The donated trees were planted in different parts of Kabul including the Ministry of Higher Education and Kabul University. The Academic Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan spoke on the occasion and thanked the institution for the donation. The Deputy Minister, Dr. Lutfullah Khair-Khwa also highlighted the importance of tree for environment and explained the social and economic benefits of it. It’s worth mentioning that Mili Institute of Higher Education has always made such donation on the arrival of spring and has planted each year hundreds of tree and other natural plants.
