MOU Signed Between Mili Institute of Higher Education and Mega Medipole Hospital in Istanbul

In a significant effort towards advancing healthcare and medical education, the Mili Institute of Higher Education in Afghanistan and the Mega Medipole Hospital in Turkey have joined hands through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration is to address several critical issues, encompassing the sharing of experiences, education and training, innovation in medical care, and the development of common concepts in various aspects of healthcare. Under the terms of this agreement, Mili institute of higher education will be deploying its lectures, doctors, nurses and health staff to Medipol hospital for attending short term medical courses and practical treatment sessions including surgical procedures. In addition, Mili institute of higher education and Royal medical complex (teaching hospital of Mili institute of higher education) will facilitate referral of complicated patients (difficult to be treated in Afghanistan) to Turkey for comprehensive treatment in to the Medipol hospital.
