Futsal Tournament Concludes with Victory for the Faculty of Stomatology

The tournament, launched by the Mili University under the theme “Say No to Drugs,” ended with the second-semester team of the Faculty of Stomatology winning the championship.

University leadership attended the closing ceremony. In his remarks to the players, the Chancellor of the University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, praised the students’ sportsmanship and said that such competitions strengthen students mentally. According to him, sports, alongside academic activities, help build a culture of coordination and positive competition among students. Mr. Habib added that the university plans to identify talent in other sports among students and provide the necessary opportunities in the future.

Afterward, certificates of appreciation and medals were awarded to the players of the first, second, and third-place teams, and championship trophies were presented to the winning teams. The players thanked the university leadership for creating a healthy and productive opportunity for them. They also pledged that they would spare no effort in contributing to the university’s good reputation and standing.
