Visit of the Ministry of Higher Education Delegation to Review Conference Preparations

In order to evaluate, provide academic supervision, and review the progress of activities related to the National Scientific–Research Conference, an academic delegation led by Dr. Hamidullah Muzammil, Director of Research, Authorship, and Translation at the Ministry of Higher Education, paid a visit to Mili University. The delegation also included Associate Professor Dr. Abdul Wahab Hikmat, Associate Professor Dr. Syed Asghar Hashimi, Assistant Professor Ehsanullah Naseh, and Lecturer Dr. Khalid Khawarin.

The purpose of the visit was to assess the organization of the conference, academic standards, the article review process, the activities of the scientific board, and the implemented academic mechanisms. The university leadership, members of the conference organizing committee, officials from the Research Directorate, and representatives of the scientific journal were also present during the visit.

The university leadership provided comprehensive information to the delegation regarding the objectives of the National Scientific–Research Conference, its achievements, the article selection process, and adherence to academic standards. Subsequently, the conference’s scientific committee explained the evaluation report, the number of articles, the level of research, and the revision process.

Dr. Muzammil commended the university’s academic activities and the efforts made in connection with the conference, describing them as an important step toward strengthening the country’s academic institutions. He also presented a number of academic and technical recommendations aimed at further improving these activities.
