One-day Stomach Cancer Control Seminar Held

A one-day stomach cancer control seminar was held at Mili Institute of Higher Education. The seminar was supported by the National Center for Cancer Control of the Ministry of Public Health and hundreds of female students and lecturers attended the seminar. In the beginning, Dr. Bashir Ahmad Moahid, in charge of the Professional Development Center, spoke about the importance of the seminar. Later, Dr. Farishta Rahmani, Assistant Director of the National Cancer Control Center of the Ministry of Public Health, talked in detail about stomach cancer control. She added that Cancer control and treatment centers are actively operating in government hospitals and patients normally receive treatment.
