Free Medical Camp organized at Farza District
The doctors of Mili Institute of Higher Education organized a free medical camp including medical specialists, Children specialists, and lady health workers who provided treatment to the people of the remote areas in the Farza district of Kabul. The free medical camp was organized at Deh-Payan Girls High School and provided treatment and free medicines to hundreds of poor and needy people. Besides internal medicine, children, and gynecology specialists, dentists were also present at the camp and provided different services like teeth checkups, gums, and other parts of the mouth, cleaning teeth and removing plaque and as well as identifying tooth decay and replacing cavities with fillings. 325 patients of internal medicine, 138 children, 85 patients with orthopedic problems, 76 patients with gynecological diseases, and 27 patients having teeth problems offered free treatment. Dr. Zabihullah, the academic vice-chancellor of Mili Institute of Higher Education thanked the doctors and termed it an important step. He emphasized that Mili will continue to stand with poor people and organize many free camps in different parts of the country. The elders, the people of the areas, and the deputy commissioner Muhammad Usman highly praised Mili Institute of Higher Education for conducting the free medical camp and termed it a very good initiative.
